What is chaplains community?
The Chaplains Community is a department of the New York Ministry Network that exists with a priority of advancing and enhancing chaplaincy ministry within the NYMN, and to be an influencer in NY State in preparing, equipping, and strengthening Christian Chaplains.
OUR VISION is to see NYMN Chaplains engaged in gospel transformation in every community in New York.
OUR PURPOSE is to advance and enhance chaplains and chaplaincy in the NYMN.

People - As Chaplains, we serve people as Jesus would. We exist to serve all people.
Presence - As Chaplains, we depend upon the God's presence. We are to be the presence of God in every situation.
Purpose - As Chaplains, we are intentional in our calling. God uses us for His purposeand will.
Professionalism - As Chaplains, we are committed to excellence and integrity. We pursue professionalism through ongoing chaplain relationships, mentoring, training.
